About us
Founded in 2006 by Executive Producer Jane Dilworth and three of London’s top editors Bill Smedley, Neil Smith and Rich Orrick, Work quickly established itself as a highly creative boutique edit company, first in London and then expanding to New York and Los Angeles.
Along the way they have been joined by, discovered and mentored some amazing editing talent, forging strong and lasting relationships with directors and agencies in both the UK and USA, resulting in a multitude of exciting and award winning work.
