ABOUT

I was commissioned by Dance Magazine to photography modern dancer Babutunji Johnson. The magazine didn't have a location in mind. I'm a fan of Richard Serra's sculpture, I thought the fluidity of Serra's piece Sequence combined with it's strong angular intersections and shadows could be a good location to work with Babutunji whose movement is incredibly fluid.
