About me
I am a creative motion/digital designer with over 8 years of experience. Originally from Portugal I left home young and studied 'Multimedia Design' in the UK, from there I worked in some of the top agencies in London. In 2009 I headed south to experience beautiful Australia and eventually settled into a position again within motion/digital design in Sydney. After a year working decided to go back to Europe where I started to freelance back in London. Now I just moved to Brighton with my family to look for a better lifestyle and to be near the seaside as I'm a sailing enthusiast.
Throughout my career I've worked with brands such as Samsung, Burberry, H&M, Canon, Renault, British Telecom, Google, Nokia, etc.. I'm very friendly and hard working, I've proven to adapt and contribute to any environment and team bringing a cultural awareness to all my projects. I've given mentorship to juniors and improved them to become great middleweight designers.
Working under pressure and deadlines is not a problem for me, producing high quality results quickly is a speciality of mine. I'm known to come out with ideas that solve the problem and engage people's mind through my creativity and originality using the Adobe tools, Cinema 4d and others. From websites to motion graphics, UX/UI designs to storyboards, banners and newsletters, I've been able to work with all. Always organised and focused on the job I also like to enjoy the little things of life, such as a tropical holiday down to a walk in the park.
