William Parkin obtained a National Diploma for Fine Art in 1998
He is an artist with an exceptionally sound technical understanding of images and three dimensional illusions. Oil paint affords him a great deal of control over the surface textures of objects. The way in which he combines super real subjects in unusual relationships, provokes one to deep thought.
