About me

Will is an award winning Executive Creative Director now in his 26th year in the design industry. He co-founded his own Agency, Fire Without Smoke, at the end of 2012 with two like-minded partners and has since grown it into a powerhouse of Games Marketing.

A Creative Director since 2000 and a designer/writer before that, he has also worked for some of London's most successful Digital Design Agencies and some of Europe's Top Specialist Entertainment Creative Agencies on some of the world's most recognised campaigns.

Will is not just a Creative who focusses on the big idea, the aesthetics and the creative quality - in starting up his own Agency he has become fully conversant in account management, production and new business relationships as well as financial management and business profitability.

He is a successful Senior Creative mentor who brings a wealth of diverse experience to any creatively focussed company; whether you need business growth or creative management.
