About me

After recently completing an Interactive Media course at Liverpool John Moores University, I am pursuing an opening for a career in digital design. The iMedia course entailed working with a range of digital media including Web, Graphics, Video and Sound - providing me with the unique ability to design, optimize and publish across all these formats.

My main interest is web design. Producing hand-coded accessible websites that are standardized and well structured, without compromising on attractive design. Of course, I can incorporate interactive elements with web design such as video and Flash elements - comfortably utilising a range of software packages. I have worked with a number of clients individually and in a team-based environment through my own personal projects and course modules. This has provided me with essential experience of working with a client and catering to their needs regarding a brief.

For the final project on my course I created an interactive environment which explored interfaces and their relationship with users, through engaging interaction. I now hope to promptly gain a position within interactive media to further develop my skills and apply them within a professional working environment.
