About us
We’re a free mentoring programme, powered by SheSays, for women and non-binary people with at least two years’ experience in the UK’s creative advertising and design industry.
Our “Mommas” (our nickname for our mentors, think of them as your "work mum") are industry leaders who’ll support you over a six-month journey. Whatever your challenges, whatever you’re aiming for, they’re here to back you.
Over the past decade, we’ve created a community of 100 Momma mentors and helped ignite the careers of more than 1,000 mentees. We’ve seen firsthand how mentoring can shift mindsets, spark action and unlock potential - whether that’s building the confidence to go for a well-deserved promotion, finding clarity in your career direction, or simply learning how to handle that tricky colleague.
