About me

In July 2004 I took the position of Senior Web Designer at DraftFCB JHB, In the 3 years that I have been here I have grown my position from Senior web designer into a more managerial roll. This role encompasses strategy, client meetings, scoping projects and various other aspects of running a campaign from start to completion. During my time at DraftFCB I have completed 2 Vega-run courses on the A-Z of Marketing and their Creativity and Innovation Course on Art Direction and Copywriting. I have received 3 Loerie nominations and have enjoyed playing a more holistic role in the entire process of a campaign.

I am particularly interested in branching out from standard web development work and experimenting with other forms of digital media. This overriding premise guides my work ethic as I become more au fait with management in the industry.

Since completing my courses at Vega I was approached via the lecturer in regards to outstanding work and effort and asked to lecture on a part time basis at Midrand Graduate Institute. This I maintained for 6 months and still have a strong desire to continue in the future.
