About me

For the past year I have been working in data services. I have a customer base of 800 whom I am solely responsible for and I provide the customer with a web package.

The package involves purchasing or transferring a domain name on behalf of the customer, creating emails for the customer and designing a simple web site. I offer technical assistance if the customer wishes to upload and amend their own site and help with the set up their emails in Outlook.

Once the package has been provisioned, I offer support throughout, updating their site and dealing with problems the customer may encounter relating to the package, until the customer is no longer with us.

I offer excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help people.

I enjoy this work very much as it gives me the opportunity to use my technical skills and be creative at the same time.

I am currently training work colleagues in this role and in my spare time I am teaching myself Microsoft Access to set up data bases, Paypal facility and Flash.
