About me

I am an 'ideas person' - I love writing, designing, and organising events and projects. I work better when my role includes a variety of responsibilities, rather than a single core focus. I currently work in Online Media, and have a background in publishing and editorial. I am actively looking for a new role as my current job role has changed quite drastically in the past few months and I am no longer heading in my chosen career path. My passions are lifestyle media (travel, music, luxury brands, interiors and architecture) and the fashion world, and I would prefer to work in those industries however I am happy to take roles in similar areas if they will help me gain relevant experience and skills. I have a range of practical skills, including HTML, CSS, PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, MS Office 07 and Content Management Systems, and have had several years experience doing copywriting and editing. My current job is in a large corporation and, after just over a year there, I have come to realise that I am more suited to smaller company where I can be more involved in the end product.
