About me

T'sao Wei is a graduate of London College of Communication with a degree in B.A. Book Arts and Crafts. He specialises in illustration and relief printmaking. His passion for visual storytelling does not stop at creation, but also as a willingness to learn. His knowledge of this type of storytelling mainly comes from his love for films, comic books, picture books and wordless novels. Outside of these mediums his sources of inspiration comes from life itself, because the more experiences he has in life, the more material he can gather to tell his stories.

T'sao Wei has exhibited and sold works at the London Artists' Book Fair 2007 hosted by the Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Urban Arts Exhibition 2008/2009 and a group exhibition at the R.K. Burt Gallery in London with partners from one of his collectives, The Last 9. The rest of his time is spent working on self-published comic books with another of his collectives, Project Dynasty Studios.

Currently T'sao Wei has published Through These Slanted Eyes, A Lonely Raven and Neon Loneliness. T'sao is currently working on his first Wuxia/Superhero comic Windrush.
