Aug 2003 - Aug 2004: lived in Amsterdam, working in partnership with YD+I (young designers in Industry) with there support I full filled a brief given to use by and industrial company called Schoellerwavin Systems

Producing blue sky design for year into the future.

Sept 2004 - July 2006: Work for Group Enterprise, Mac operator, type setting, advert creation and small amounts of pre-press

July 2006 - Feb 2009: Working for Simply Print, as a graphic designer, working with clients from brief creation

all the way through to final product, this includes brief/concept work (hand rendering if required), client

consultation, concept & branding development, working to standards and corporate guide lines, brand identity, proofing, pre-press, colour calibration and finishing. Working in a busy studio has taught me many things, working as a team, quick work turn around whilst keeping quality, Multi-tasking, deadlines are everything and you if you cannot take constructive criticism you shouldn't be a designer.

March 2009 - Dec 2009: Working for a company called Letzprint, also as a Graphic Designer fulfilling the same role that I held at SImply Print.

Jan 2010 - April 2014: I started My own Company "ASBO Graphics" Producing Graphic design, print and marketing campaigns for an ever expanding client base, specialising in Logo design and brand creation, drawing on my practical knowledge gained at Simply Print, to find the most effective solution to a clients requirements, managing their expectations and deliver on time. Over time we diversified into producing Motocross and Quad graphics using our existing equipment to produce a product with a high margin of profit.

April 2014 - June 2016: I sold my businesses to one of my subcontract clients (example UK), who offered me the position of Production Manager, While in this role I was tasked to developing their Direct to Garment

Printing division to become the backbone of the company turning over £35k+ per month with the aim to

doubling that in the next 12 months. I Managed 9 permanent members of staff with additional seasonal

staff being taken on during peak periods. Whilst fulfilling this role I was also lead graphic designer, in-charge of three other designers who were primarily focused on e-commerce sales platforms, SEO, social media and

marketing I personally handled all of the day to day artwork for the company, ranging from; stationary / printed

material, POS and large format, DTG artwork and press-press, Embroidery Jacquards, I also now have experience running Barudan Embroidery machines (single and eight head) and Kornit Breeze / Kornit Avalanche DTG Machines.

June 2016 - Present: I am employed by Fanela based in Coalville as their Operations Manager, where I am

responsible for up-to 100 employees, within 9 departments; Screen Print, DTG, Embroidery, Transfers, Relabelling, Packing, Artwork & Pre-press, Goods in & Goods out, I work on several key principles using several techniques to ensure the clients and companies needs are met; KPI's, 6 sigma, OTIF, 5Why's, Lean Management & DMAIC. I Analyse production reports generated from our sales order system in tandem with our shop floor KPI's, looking forward for exceptions identifying potential problems and remedy them, ensuring that deliveries go out on time, whilst all the time ensuring that staffing levels are kept at peak efficiency to drive down the cost per every operation. I controlled sampling programs for our largest clients (Merlin, Leicester city FC, CID, Poundland etc) working to deadline and delivery dates, controlling ordering of stock and overseeing our quality control and ensuring colour standards are met.
