About me
I have a background in creative agencies as a Project Manager and Operational Manager and experience in documentary productions and broadcast deliveries. Most recently I worked as a Senior PM running multiple 360 campaigns across 4 different countries. I love creating structures for busy productions and teams: making deadlines easier to spot, projects clearer to follow and above all helping teams be more creative! As a person, I pride myself on being a "can do" person who is still compassionate and caring toward my team and crew. I believe that good teams get better results when they're built on kindness, communication and respect and it's how I run my teams.
