Hello,
I am in the process of changing career from special needs teaching/inclusion and I am trying to learn from inspiring designers. I have a degree in Art History and I am very interested in concept development. Although I am a junior in the world of design, I hope life and work experience will be an asset!
I believe company culture is essential; clear values, vision and behaviour really matter to me and I am fully committed follow, contribute and develop those values within the company. I have common sense and very high standards of work, I am committed to always try to better myself and to an excellent work ethic. I am a problem solver and I am able to see things from someone else's point of view. I understand the balance between the client's needs and my own creative process and I enjoy being part of a team; working cooperatively always produces better results, is thought provoking and spurs dialogue. It is also more fun.
