I started out behind the camera, learning to tell stories with images before I even called it a job.
Over time I realized I wasn't interested in just making nice videos: I wanted them to actually matter for companies, to shape how they communicate and how they're seen.
Today, with Catchlight, I bring together two things: the eye of a filmmaker and the mindset of someone who thinks about how those stories can really work.
The best part of my job is discovering new stories—and when I get excited, I usually manage to get others excited too, helping them see their own reality in a different light.
