About me

Virginia graduated with a BA honours degree in Surface Design from the London College of Communication (University of The Arts) in Summer 2015. Her work is created through direct responses from her surroundings combined with memories and and her abstract imaginative ideas.

Virginia was born in Japan and grew up in Switzerland, America, and Singapore. Living in these countries has influenced her work greatly, and allowed her exposure to a variety of cultures, giving her a well-rounded perspective of the creative industry.

She likes to create complexity within her creations, and often creates work from her subconscious, letting the work build itself without too much planning. This allows her to be spontaneous with her ideas and experimentation, keeping her creative process fun and exciting.
