About me
I'm a UX designer with a diverse background in business, and especially in marketing- in corporate and agency environments- which gave me experience in consumer brand communication, events, customer service, teams management and more. I've learned how to focus my work on a user-centred approach by combining my previous experience with the problem-solving skills I've gained at General Assembly. I believe that providing users with a consistent and enjoyable experience should always be at the core of every brand and product.
I have always had a strong interest in consumers' and large audience's needs, therefore, understanding people's behaviours, is what led me to UX. I then decided to enrol in UXDI in General Assembly to lead my career towards the digital world and how we experience it.
My identity as a user experience designer is based on my capacity for empathy, a deep interest in how people connect, understand and create, and my business vision. I believe I'm enabled to apply design thinking to create innovative solutions to improve users' lives through a product/service, and at the same time achieve business goals.
I'm looking for a company/community where I can grow personally and professionally.
