About me

Having seen details of vacancy Junior Graphic Designer advertised by creativepool, I would like to apply for the position.

I have currently relocated to london this month and I am now looking forward to a new rewarding graphic design post in London.

I have been working successfully for an advertising agency in manchester for the past thirteen years. My creative design work covers advertisements, POS, direct marketing, brochures, website designs, branding, catalogues etc....Working from an initial brief, I have designed campaigns from concept to completion with tight deadlines creating successful creative solutions for a variety of clients, whom I work closely with, to enable the perfect tailored solution for each individual brief. I have many years of experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Quark Xpress, Excel, Microsoft Word and willing to learn Adobe Flash and the necessary programmes to enhance my knowledge further.

My creative concepts and attention to detail is reflected in my portfolio, which is continually expanding.

I hope that I can be given the opportunity of showing you my portfolio.

Skills

Excellent design, conceptual, typographical skills, and originality and thorough understanding of branding and advertising. Working in Creative Suite 5, and Powerpoint for the mac for slide deck presentations for clients., I have the creative flair, conceptualisation skills, a very good understanding of new and emerging digital technologies. Excellent attention to detail, and I have always worked in a creative role in advertising agencies, and have a thorough ability to manage projects, work on own initiative and meet very tight deadlines. But to me, that's part of the excitement of the creative process and seeing the job through from conceptualisation to finished project, on all platforms.
