About me

Hi there. My name is Piotr, I'm part of Vidno team and this is us:

Jana is Slovak, Piotr is Polish. They met

at Institute of Creative Photography in Czech Republic

and fell in love. Eventually, they moved to Porto

and decided to open the Studio Vidno together.

Piotr is precise, he knows exactly what he is doing

and why. Jana works intuitively and she likes to experiment. They challenge each other in photography and real life.

Jana

Born in a small town in Slovakia. Before she got

her Bachelor diploma in Photography she had obtained

her Master degree at Film Faculty of Academy of Music and Performing arts in Bratislava, Slovakia. She has been working as a soap opera writer since. Her photography work was displayed in several national and international exhibitions as well as published by various art magazines and platforms.

Piotr

Born in Poland, somewhere on the East. He dedicated five years of his life to Philosophy studies in Poland and two years to Fashion studies in Italy. Piotr eventually graduated from Roman School of Photography in Rome, Italy. After that, he moved to London, where he started to develop his long term documentary projects, assisted to other photographers and worked on assignments for magazines and newspapers.
