Hey there, I'm Victoria!

I'm currently a Content Designer for the Plus team at Deliveroo. Drawing from my background in screenwriting, I'm skilled in crafting natural conversational dialogue that flows between the product and user. I am especially drawn to the challenges that come with communicating complex subjects in a digestable and inclusive way.

I was born and raised in the SF Bay Area by two Taiwanese immigrants. Growing up as a first-generation Asian-American proved to be a cultural battle as my Asian upbringing often clashed with my American identity. As a result, it has made me a more empathetic communicator with a multi-layered perspective, which benefit me as a writer.
