About me

As a recent university graduate of interior design, I am now keen to put my skills acquired over the past three years in to practice. I enjoy a challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills. I am enthusiastically seeking a job in which I can grow and develop as a designer; never putting an end to my learning, but to instead learn through experience outside of the classroom. I feel that my time as a student in the School of Architecture, at the University of Lincoln, has provided me with a broad knowledge base, focussing not only in interiors but in architecture as a whole. Through the course of my degree studies I have developed many important skills. Of course, I possess a creative flair like all candidates, however I feel that I would benefit your company with my own particular creativity because I like to think outside of the box in my designs; to be unique and challenge people to think more about a scheme; to inspire and catch the eye not only because it is beautiful, but because it has meaning and relevance. I feel that personal strengths I could offer your company would be my ability to research, and my strong knowledge base of computers, which I have built upon with specific design software that can be seen in detail on my CV. In addition to these programs my confidence with computers enables me to learn, and adapt to any new programs with relative ease. I believe my educational achievements to date demonstrate my ability and commitment to a career in design.
