About me

After having graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a first class degree in Interior Design, I am currently looking for the opportunity to work within a design-based company that is able to offer me a challenging and rewarding career, and also one that can help me to advance my knowledge and education of design processes and personal skills.

During my university course, I have undertaken a diverse number of projects which include working on restoration and refurbishment, sustainability, design work for hotels, restaurant and bars, offices, cinemas, and bespoke furniture.

I feel that having knowledge and general experience of designing in many areas of interiors gives me the advantage to adapt to many design situations.

I have also worked with members of the community to provide and help them with design proposals. For instance, I worked closely with the Welsh Street community in the Toxteth area of Liverpool to provide them with solutions to their housing situation.

During my years of education, and specifically those at university, I have gained valuable skills in many areas, especially in computing and CAD. I am highly proficient at using ArchiCAD (versions 9-11), where I can produce a high quality of 3D designs and renders, 2D drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and also 3D rendered fly-through. Aside from ArchiCAD, I have knowledge using other software programmes such as Sketch-Up, Plot Maker, and numerous Adobe and Microsoft packages.
