About me

I am currently Creative Solutions Art Director working for Bauer Media. I work across the Heat, Closer, MOJO, Q & Kerrang brands. This role involves seeing a design brief through from initial brainstorm with the sales and digital teams, through layout and production including shoots to final high res print. I do my own retouching and artworking. I have vast experience of photoshoots in both the UK and abroad. And have Art Directed still life, model, real life, interior and cut-outs. Before my time in magazines, I worked on illustrated reference books for Dorling Kindesley covering music, history, culture, religion, warfare, cartography, art and photography.

The role also includes producing mock ups, presenting pitches to clients with the sales team, creating sales aids and media packs, designing event displays and branding boards, e-flyers/invitations and working with other teams to create engaging multi-brand, cross-platform creative solutions.

I have worked on creative advertising campaigns for clients including BlackBerry, Three Mobile, L'Oreal, Wella, Malibu, Ford, Motorola, LG, Very.co.uk, Sony, Max Factor, Cadbury, Kraft Foods, Marshall Amps, as well as many film clients.

I am now looking for a new challenge.
