About me

Hello,

I would like to be considered for the job as Junior trend forecasting fashion assistant, that I saw advertised on the Creativepool website. I am a graduate of the Royal College of Art, Knitted Textile Design, and am seeking to exploit my experience gained over the past 8 years to develop a career in areas such as Fashion Research, Trends Analysis and knitwear design.

My previous experience includes an internship at WGSN, researching and assisting the menswear content department. My job entailed supporting the team of four designers/editors, researching for their Spring/Summer 2013 and Autumn/Winter 2014 and finally in-putting information to their internal content management production system.

Most recently I worked on a short-term contract at WGSN, supporting the Tagging team for the second season, with their increased workload over global fashion week.

I have also included some examples of my project work to give you an idea of my design inspiration and outcomes. I have also included a recent project where I collaborated with designer Jane Bowler on her womenswear collection for fall 2012.
