Dear Sirs,
I have over 14 years experience in account management, project management, events and marketing. Having freelanced for a number of years, I have learned to work in a variety of environments as well as sectors.
Having worked with a variety of high profile organisations and clients as well as an initial background in retail, my client facing skills and ability in keep various clients happy with regular communication to keep them up to date with the progress of their project.
I am very used to working on multiple projects with various tight deadlines and budgets and have always been able to work out a detail plan of action with realistic timelines as well as contingency planning to ensure that the team have time to adjust to any inevitable issues that may arise.
Having worked in an internal communications directorate at a fast moving organisation such as the Home Office as well as having produced newsletters, email and traditional marketing as well as other collateral. I have developed excellent writing and proof reading skills.
When managing a project I have ensured that the team are motivated and that they are performing to their ability when working with a client as there may be times when clients require updates at short notice which will in turn require me to evaluate the progress of the work or the current spend on the project.
I have experience in developing strategies for projects, communications, marketing and events to present to clients as well as assisting with writing tenders to present to new clients as well as experience on the other side of the table in managing the tender process for a client.
I bring a depth of adaptability and expertise in my field and a willingness to further learn. I am always calm under pressure and analytical when project managing multiple projects to ensure that each project is running to schedule and to the clients expectations. I am keen team player who helps the company deliver on its promises but I am also capable of working individually.
