VCCP Partnership has co-founded and launched an invention business called Studio Ex Nihilo.
Studio Ex Nihilo has founding clients including Telefonica, The AA, Activision and Sony.
Studio Ex Nihilo aims to help brands adapt fast to the threat that technological change is having on modern-day business, by inventing new products and revenue streams for brands through technology.
The three founding partners are, Darren Savage, previously Head of Planning at AKQA and R/GA and prior to that a senior planner at BBH, who takes the role of Chief Strategy Officer of Studio Ex Nihilo. Mike Bennett, formerly creative director at R/GA and founder of Oil Productions takes the role of Head of Invention. Sean Harris, formally of TBWA and founder of Alphabet Advertising, is the managing director.
Dorian McFarland, also from boutique agency Oil Productions, is the Head of Product.
Studio Ex Nihilo uses a process of rapid Business Prototyping, to quickly develop products that generate revenue for their clients.
