About me
I am a creative filmmaker with great technical skills and knowledge of both photography and filming, with 7 years of experience as a freelance videographer, photographer and editor.
I have worked for 2 years part-time, as a volunteer/intern with the broadcast unit at the Natural History Museum of London and at the same time, I was working part-time as a freelance filmmaker producing corporate videos and filming events for Starbucks UK. In the meantime, and since 2014 I did my first steps in the world of filming through creative collaboration, producing short films and investing my personal time and relentless effort.
Since 2016 and through my love for the arts, I've started work with Tate Gallery as part of the management team until my contract came to an end due to unforeseen circumstances with Covid-19. I am an extremely motivated, smart, hard-working, fast learner with a lot of passion for work and I am always seeking the opportunity to prove it.
I have a strong build and a lot of stamina which is important for fast-paced and challenging environments such as this of Film & TV and I love to use my own initiatives to help out when necessary during any stage of production. Through my work I have learned to respect and care for the teams, the individuals (both internal and external) and the management, building great working relationships. I am valuing others for their work, I am positive about changes, welcoming, accountable, honest and reliable. On top of these values, I am envying the opportunity to celebrate difference and to work and live in an inclusive and diverse environment.
From experience, I have proven results regarding attention to detail and I have learned that there isn't an easy way but only the right way. My organisational skills are exceptional as well as my time management and I am able to work as part of a team or individually to achieve my goals on time. I have the proven ability to create S.M.A.R.T objectives either for myself or a team and overcome any difficulties or challenges within the desirable timeframe, achieving great outcomes and all of this with great communication and dedication.
I have great knowledge when it comes down to computers literacy such as social media and search engines and the use of various programs either for admin work or film/photography projects. Some of my favourite software to work with is adobe premiere, photoshop, after effects and audition as well as Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. On top of that, I have knowledge of network set-up and troubleshooting and the ability to find quick solutions and resolve any issues. I love the means of technology from computers, cameras, lenses, phones or any other hardware that works as a tool to provide better and more stunning results for the screen.
