About me

I am a hardworking and enthusiastic individual, who is keen to learn and quick to grasp new concepts. My passion lies within textiles and colour and thrive in a creative and challenging atmosphere, driven by ambitions and goals. I am committed, loyal and always striving to maintain a standard of which continues to be innovative and of a high technical standard.

I hope to work as a Textile Designer specializing in weave and print, although my I have previously worked in menswear, home and interior also interests me.

My most recent employment position is a woven and printed Textile Designer for a shirting manufacturing company for high street brands. I designed CADs using Point Cairre, as well as preparing technical information to mills for production purposes and placement sketches. I also work at one of the restaurants at a world known shopping stores in London, where my duties includes serving and assisting customers and other duties which may occur at a day to day running of a restaurant.

In the past, I've had un-paid employment while at university, for designer makers. I assisted in the day to day running of the studios and had experienced the preparation and organization involved for trade shows.

I wish to become part of a productive, successful team of which I would form an integral role, although I can effectively work under my own initiative. I am hard working and enthusiastic individual who is willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
