As a consultant, I am passionate about creating a solution to fix companies' issues and working with them to implement the solution. As a result I have an undying love of being a Product Manager as I am to be able to continuously fix a company's problems to help the them reach their goals by creating new and enhancing products and processes to make them more effective and be the best product in the market.

I enjoy seeing the outcomes of my idea being used by many people and like to receive feedback from them to make the product even better. Let me tell you a secret, you would not like me to be a customer of yours. I will always provide feedback to companies if I am unhappy with their product or services because I believe that customer satisfaction is the core of every business. My family and friends are embarrassed of me sometimes because of this. Consequently, I love learning from stakeholders' feedback and analysing data to produce even better valuable, usable and feasible products to enhance customers' satisfaction. I am continually learning and receiving training to become a more effective Product Manager and currently studying for my Prince 2 & Agile project management qualifications. My recent work as head of my department, as Product and Business Development Associate for a growing eCommerce SME included managing the eCommerce website, owning the CRM, user journeys and experience through the customer life cycle and being in charge of end-to-end product management. This allowed me to develop many skills including leadership, tenacity, prioritizing, analytical, user-centric design, interpersonal and teamwork skills. It also established my ultimate passion of being a Product Manager.
