About me

Dear Mr/Mrs,

I have just finished my studies in Applied Textile and Design. My education was mainly based on the textile matters and design, but I had a clear interest in Retouching. I have an experience of four years on PhotoShop and CorelDraw. During my studies I got the opportunity to teach also on PhotoShop to students of my university. Moreover, I am also very interested in Photography and Imaging. I have worked sometimes with an architect on interior design of newly built building in my home town. My studies also permit to enhance my communication skills because I had to present every two weeks a project in front of a jury. This also helped me to manage stress and pressure.

Furthermore, I had marketing and sales modules in my degree. This enabled me to know the different techniques to sell and market the products you are designing. I get the opportunity to establish a small jewelry business. I was designing the jewels, assembling and selling them. It was very enriching because I got to learn the whole production-distribution process. I also worked as a Retoucher for some private clients. I had to create web pages, and above all try to do retouching of photos using PhotoShop. I would be more than happy to send you some of my sample work.

Working in Graphic Design/ Retouching business is the path I would like to follow. During all my studies, I am aiming to be a designer/Retoucher. What can I bring to you is my motivation, my creativity and my capacity to adapt to any given situation. I also value much team playing even if working on my own is also something I like too. Last, I would say that the thing that we must be guided by in this field is the client satisfaction, creativity and respect of the delays given on projects.
