My Journey in human resources started after I completed my masters' in HR management and obtained a CIPD qualification, which is level 7.
I was fortunate to gain my skillset and expertise from working at diverse organisations surrounded by collaborative colleagues where I grew professionally from HR Coordinator to Senior HR Advisor. I have worked within marketing, tech and data environments, serving as a primary point of contact for employees and delivering operational and strategic support.
Most of my roles were within SMEs and small HR teams that gave me great exposure to most HR aspects, I think I'm true HR Generalist and I always enjoyed this diversity. I managed the full employee cycle starting with sourcing and onboarding, whilst being a confident HR Advisor on all related matters including Employee Relations, Development, Policies and Procedures, Benefits, Employee Engagement and Culture. I delivered numerous exciting projects like: induction and onboarding programmes, Employee Assistance, Recognition and Wellbeing. I have twice implemented HR systems and ran a graduate scheme programme to reduce turnover and recruitment costs.
