About me

My name is Ty Joshua

I am 2010 graduate, 2009 D&AD in book winner and have displayed work in the V&A as part of design week. I have done six month agency placement at *.

I was part of the design team that would maintain and update corporate reports annually, Branding projects and advertising. A lot of my work was mainly for print (branding and corporate reporting) however I did digital work mocking up websites and social media design which digital director would oversee and work together. I worked on retouching and asset management shadowing the lead art worker. I would work directly with senior designers and art workers.

The thing I enjoyed the most was working in a team and bouncing ideas around until we developed a concept or direction and the feeling of being useful and my input was valid.

Since leaving "the College" I have mainly been freelancing working on branding and illustration but now I want to have steady work.

Since my three year study and work at the college I have become proficient in Adobe CS Suite

( Illustrator, Photoshop and In-design and good knowledge of After Effects and Premier Pro) also I am more than willing to learn any other applications that might be required to fulfil the job requirements I am especially keen on learning 3D packages With me being self taught in the Core adobe suite this wouldn't be an issue.
