About me

Tracy Little is FCB Toronto's EVP, General Manager.

Tracy runs our largest business in Canada: BMO and BMO Harris (US) out of our Toronto office. She has led the business in Canada to great success, driving their business across all divisions and initiatives, driving brand scores, and customer engagement. Client Satisfaction scores on BMO are among the top in the agency. A remarkable achievement considering the size of the client, being a leader in the financial industry, and the number of key stakeholders. Tracy also runs the Client Service Department.

Under Tracy's leadership, BMO has become the most recognized financial institution around the world. In June 2022, BMO was recognized with their first Cannes Lion, a Bronze for BMO's Gear Up, an equipment drive that provided over 2,500 deserving youth with access to four items of refurbished soccer equipment that was showcased on a premium website. Our ultimate goal was to provide the children in need with the opportunity to shop for their gear, without feeling like they were benefitting from other's charity. Without feeling marginalized.

This past June, BMO's NXT LVL was recognized with two Gold Lions—the first Golds awarded to a Canadian financial institution—and three shortlists. BMO NXT LVL was the first banking channel on the world's number one streaming platform, Twitch, to help gamers level up in gaming and finances.

With BMO's Rainbow Deposits, we hijacked the Pride rainbow, a ubiquitous and obligatory symbol of Pride Month, and turned it into action by allowing people to "deposit" photos of rainbows on their phone, just like they deposit a cheque. For every rainbow deposited, BMO donated $1 to Rainbow Railroad, an international non-profit organization that advocates for the community's rights and brings hundreds of LGBTQ2SIA+ people facing persecution to safety every year. We were able to donate enough funding to the Rainbow Railroad to deliver five people from the LGBTQ2SIA+ community to safety from violence and persecution.

BMO's work has also been recognized at the Clios, Communication Arts, Canadian Marketing Awards, the Ogilvy Awards, WARC, One Show, and other.

FCB Canada was named Digital Agency of the Year for the sixth time in the fall of 2022.

Tracy is a core part of our New Business team and recent wins include Hershey Canada's AOR—since winning the business our campaigns have returned Chipits and Twizzlers to their #1 positions within their categories. QuickBooks by Intuit part of a Global AOR assignment. PlayStation, and Sobeys—one of Canada's largest grocery store chains.

Other wins include Adidas, a Grand Prix winner at Cannes for our Runner 321 campaign.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission, whose LOTTO MAX brand has been recognized at global shows for their Dream Drop and Dream Bars campaigns. Voila, Sobeys delivery service developed a campaign that turned TikTok food trends into recipes delivered to your door with just one click, drastically shortening the path to purchase while driving trial and engagement.
