About me
Tracy is an award-winning Ugandan actor, voice-over artist, host, and digital creator whose work spans film, television, podcasting, and performance training. Most recently she appeared in the International Emmy-nominated series Prefects, continuing to establish herself as one of East Africa's emerging screen talents.
In 2023, Tracy won the Uganda Film Festival (UFF) Award for Best Actress in a Feature Film for her performance in Mukisa, following consecutive UFF nominations in 2021 and 2022. Known for her emotional depth, authenticity, and strong screen presence, she brings a grounded and nuanced approach to every role she plays.
Alongside her acting career, Tracy is the creator and host of Refined for the Mind (RftM), a wellness and self development podcast exploring identity, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and intentional living through thoughtful conversations and story telling.
Passionate about nurturing emerging talent, Tracy also works with young performers in Uganda through acting workshops focused on improvisation, confidence building and character development.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism from Uganda Christian University and is a proud fellow of the Media Challenge Initiative, Kampala, where she trained in impactful story telling.
