About me

I'm passionate about agencies and how they work. I have started and run my own agency and I've worked client side, for large corporates. More recently I founded an award-winning software company, where our project management software was used globally by the likes of Wunderman, Ogilvy, Isobar, BWP and Delete.

It had offices in Sydney, London and New York and a number of awards to its name including the coveted Queens Award for Innovation.

Since the sale of that business to Deltek in 2014, I have founded a new software company and launched the worlds first scoping tool for agencies and clients. It It leverages masses (000's of gigabytes) of real job data to define and benchmark deliverables across 23 creative disciplines. Just as importantly, it provides a structure for creating and managing scopes that ensures agencies price projects quickly and accurately and manage changes throughout the lifecycle of the SOW.

Our raison d'être is to enable SOW collaboration across disciplines, agency locations, agency brands and clients in one cloud-based tool. No more making do with a muddle of email, Excel and Word docs and struggling with version control and validating ROI because pricing is still based on an archaic labour-based model. After all, knowing what you sell, and pricing it properly is the most important aspect of your business, and not doing so is the number one reason that agencies fail to make money.
