About me
I am a Researcher, Networker and English language educator fuelled by a passion for working with people and achieving results together. I have a natural talent and interest in knowledge transfer and training. I love team mentality, and enjoy both leading and working in them. I have been very successful in my journey as an Academic English instructor, working my way up from the bottom of the food-chain to working in universities and multinational companies.
I also find networking, and helping others network for better professional connections, really rewarding, and so I have often voluntarily organised such events (See below for my Professional Brunch Events in Moscow).
I believe one makes their own fortune in life through a willingness to take risks and by being fearlessness. This means I have been lucky enough to experience amazing cultures around the world and can draw upon a wealth of unusual experiences.
I like to find ways to do my work faster, better and stronger (if you can excuse the cliche!). Finding more efficiency and working with finesse is what keeps me motivated in whatever I do.
I have recently completed a diploma in Researching, Designing, Testing and Evaluating Academic English courses, and this has given me excellent skills in Needs Analysis and Customer/Client focus. Prior to this, I achieved a master's degree in Teaching English and Linguistics, a bachelor's degree in Computing and completed online courses in Entrepreneurship and Understanding Russian-European Cultural differences.
I am now interested in bringing together my experience and knowledge in a range of spheres and backgrounds to move into the sphere of technology innovation which is something that excites and intrigues me.
