About me
My name is Tony Errico and I am dynamic and enthusiastic 42 year old Swiss man. I lately lived in Japan, making some promotion movies about the traditional and cultural side of Japan. I am actually looking for a job as an assistant in the Video Media world in London.
Before that, during the past fifteen years I have been working for the main Swiss Television Company (TSR) where I gained a great theoretical and practical insight into creating a media from scratch. I also had the opportunity to do a MultiMedia Producer Diploma which showed me how to edit, create and mix a whole project. Been also a co-host on a Cinema and Music TV show gave me the chance to work as a reporter.
Most of all during this time on the TV, I have been helping swiss TV presenters making short-movies. I was part of many projects in which I found a passion for editing, writing and directing. Helping friends making movie was a very amazing experience until one day, I decided to make my own.
During my work I constantly showed an ability to work under pressure, to deal with several technical tasks and to handle great amounts of new information at a time. These jobs allowed me to learn how to work in a team, take my personal responsibilities for the common projects and to develop the confidence needed to succeed in a competitive environment. These jobs have inspired me to get further and to set new challenges.
Apart from the technical point-of-view, I used to be a Martial Arts teacher for children and teenagers, I have a good and sensitive relationships with kids and do miss sharing my knowledge with them.
I was going to teach History of Moving Images in Japan, but that was before Fukushima happened.
Thank you for considering my request. I am looking forward to your positive response.
Your sincerely,
Tony Errico
