About me

Hi, I have an interest in the Copywriter role. The vast majority of my positions have been PR/Marketing communications based but I have worked in a wide range of sectors from B2B, education, civil services and B2C sales copy.

I have experience in researching, creating and implementing targeted online and offline marketing/PR strategies and I feel that this experience would be useful to this position. I have extensive digital PR skills and can use SEO tools, image manipulation/creation software and I have experience in running events for public, business and press. In addition to this I have spent considerable time working as a teacher and Tutor both for Cardiff council and within a variety of teaching agencies. My specialist area being English I feel that linguistically my written work will be concise, effective and targeted. I have won 3 South Wales literature awards and I feel that my creative flair combined with my professional writing skills would aid me in this position.

My primary fields are within communications, marketing and PR, these sectors require the ability to adapt, meet deadlines and constantly grow.As a result of my background in marketing/PR I believe that my writing, editing, marketing and customer/business liaison skills have been attuned to a professional degree.
