My skill-set includes copywriting, copy-editing, sub-editing, proof-reading, IT (including CMS, HTML, Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign) and administrative.

Sector Experience

I have three years experience writing and editing for an assortment of print and online publications - Dazed Digital, Snipe London, The 4o5, Hemma Magazine, Future Magazine. I write mainly about news, culture and lifestyle., I also maintain several blogs - one of which has recieved recognition from BBC Radio - and have an in-depth knowledge of social media., I have established good relationships/networks with artists, labels, management and PR via my current role as Deputy Music Editor at Snipe London.

Awards

I have a Professional Certificate in Journalism (distinction) from the Professional Publishers Association. I also won the 2011 UEL (University of East London) Ace Reporter Award and the 2012 UEL Creative Futures Award.
