I´m Tomas Lavagno.
I was born in Buenos Aires on April 20, 1979. Near midday.
The clock was exactly at 11:50 am.
I was late for breakfast.
I was blond. I was beautiful.
When I was six years old,
my mother introduced me to advertising,
by making me act on a Nesquik spot.
I have searched for it, but could never find it.
After leaving high school,
I tried to become a professional football player.
I was chosen by Boca Juniors,
I stayed for one year and then, I left.
Later I tried to play for other teams but I ended up in University.
Then the time came for advertising.
Agulla & Baccetti was my first agency.
Even when I look back today, I still can't believe where I was.
Most of the best creatives were working there. Always pushing for the best possible ideas.
I believe it was the perfect place to be for someone who wanted to learn.
But after working in so many places, I'm still being that someone, keen to learn and do more, always thinking of those amazing creatives that made me really love what I do.I´m Tomas Lavagno.
