My name is Tomas Gozalves-Guillem, a professional Cameraman and Video editor from Spain seeking to set a foothold in the audio-visual industry in UK, and I am writing to enquire about current vacancies in Multimedia Producer. I am attaching my updated resume, as well as examples of my previous work, for your reference.
With thirteen progressive years of industry work experience, my most recent job is a Cameraman and Video Editor for Radio Televisión Valenciana (RTW), a Spanish autonomic channel, where I produced live news coverage News, incidents, sports, documentary and live studio. Included in this capacity has been hands on working knowledge with Final Cut Pro and AVID which consists of, but are not limited to, capturing/digitizing clips, editing time lines and outputting to tape, working with all formats and extensive machine room experience. As a freelance I produced a wide range of corporate videos and video reports for several Spanish companies and also recorded and edited videos for weddings, concerts and other live events. I have got my own equipment (Camera and edition station with Final Cut pro 7).
Throughout my different positions and freelance work I attained skills in handling many different video editing tools and formats and experience in composing, recording and post-producing music videos using professional software such as Cubase, Nuendo and Protools. I consider myself a team player who is tolerant, empathetic and always keeps an open mind to other people ideas. I am capable of performing well under pressure.

-Television experience: My work experience placement as a Cameraman and video editor on Radio Television Valenciana ( Main Spanish regional TV). My time in RTVV required me to work in News, live coverages, incidents, sports, documentary. I am used to working under pressure., -Freelance : With a wide experience in a Corporate videos, Events, Weddings, Gigs, Video reports. I have got my own equipment (Camera and edition station), -Audio Media: I have experience in audio recording, post-production, Compose music, recording gigs, etc. .I use Nuendo /Cubase. I know Protools., -Interest in the Media: My enjoyment and critical interest in the media( TV, film, journalism, music, radio and new media), -Computer skills: During this time i get knowledges of Microsoft programs and Adobe programs as Photoshop, Premiere, Sony vegas, Edius and Steinberg programs for audio and recording such Cubase, Nuendo, etc.
