About me

Hello!

I am applying for the position of Graphic Designer. My creative experience spans a range of disciplines and has developed whilst studying at University and working for real clients.

At the forefront of my experiences has been the lesson that a well-researched and explored design process can make or break a project, whether it is collaborative or individual. I have seen projects work from conception to completion, in both group settings and personally. It is this experience alongside an understanding of where I fit into a team to optimise my skills, which I wish to share with your company.

Previous clients and projects include: EP Gym, The Co-Operative, Neighbourhood Action Group, Dr Sketchy's, RSPB, Penguin Books and the Kulturhavn Festival. My skills include Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office, CSS, Mac/Windows operating systems, screen-printing and photographic development. Having studied both Photography at Leeds College of Art and Creative Art & Design Practice I have combined a passion for good design that performs a specific role, with a keen eye for research, styles and trends in my varied, and adaptable design portfolio. The ability to be flexible and learn quickly is something that I can bring to the company. Having worked in a series of different environments I am prepared to work hard, learn and respect others. Evidence of this can be seen detailed in my CV, which is attached.

My own personal creative process is something that I am excited to have the opportunity to share with colleagues. I wish to share my experiences in a dynamic environment where incredible and informed work is produced for clients.
