Hey there,

I would love to be considered to join your design team at Sea Life Company!

I am an experienced designer with a passion for site specific, live experience design with an edge and looking for the next step forward in my career.

I trained in Set and Costume Design at Londons 'Central School of Speech and Drama' and since completing my course have worked on some very exciting design projects, whilst training I learnt all the skills needed for a design career including some extra skills in prop and costume making.

I set up my own experience design company 'Tom Spindler Presents' in 2008, which ran for 4 years setting up live site-specific installation performances around London. Mainly specializing within the horror genre this was a great learning experience for me as it meant dealing with set, costume, lighting, sound and directing actors.

I achieved great success during my time running my own company but now feel ready to join a design team that can produce large-scale events on bigger budgets.

During this time I have also worked as a freelancer for Merlin Entertainments concept designing for new Theme Park attractions in the Uk and across the World, including Madame Tussuads, Thorpe Park and Alton Towers.

I also worked two years as a designer at 'Arthur London' Advertizing Agency managing design work on brands such as 'McMillan Cancer' 'British Heart Foundation' 'Samaritans' and 'Dreamies Cats Treats', this taught me many lessons in managing teams, budgeting and dealing with clients. This also helped me perfect my I.T skills such as PhotoShop, Indesign and AutoCad.
