About me

I can offer you a self motivated and organised worker, a natural, if slightly cavalier designer and a fast learner. I am fluent in 2/3D Vectorworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup and word processing/spreadsheet applications. I am more than willing to apply my knowledge to learn new systems. I currently use mac day-to-day, and have experience in setting up and managing OSX servers and file-sharing systems. in small office environments. To complement and combine with my IT skills, I am competent with manual techniques. I am able to communicate ideas and solutions through sketch, technical pen drawing, and models in a variety of materials and then, if needed, combine them back into digital formats.

Whilst at university I worked freelance as a designer, taking on 3D and graphic projects. My largest project involved remodelling a cafe/bar for Brighton student's union. With my professional experience I was invited to run the design and construction phases for our undergraduate end of year show.

Since graduating, I've worked for a small architect's practice in the city as an assitant. I am responsible for the day-to-day running of a New York hotel project and the up-keep of the GAs, internal elevations and joinery package (including bespoke furniture).
