About me
Dear Sir
I am a multimedia & graphic designer with over four years experience in a commercial environment. I possess a degree in multimedia & graphic design, having graduated from Southampton Institute in 2002. Here I was involved in many aspects of design, including design for print, web sites, and the small screen. My degree also gave me valuable software skills in Photoshop, In-design, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, and Illustrator.
Since graduating I have worked for Oxford Aviation Training (OAT), employed as a multimedia designer, and Oxford Psychological Publishers (OPP), where I have been employed as a Technical Media Designer.
In the OAT role I designed and produced training CD-Roms for Oxford airport's pilot college. I designed the interface and general look of the products. I also put together the technical and instructional drawings that made up the main content.
In my current role I provide OPP's day to day design requirements, including their web presence, their promotional material, and layout and packaging designs for their range of published books. The role calls for a high level of accuracy and time management, and I am required to liaise with marketing, editorial and IT departments. I have been involved in formulating a working plan to enable greater integration between our Design and IT departments. This has seen me learning CSS and HTML.
Please find my CV attached. If you wish to view a sample of my work, my Flash based photographic portfolio can be found at *.
Yours sincerely
Mr T. Crask
