I am the current Director of Business Development and Advertising (also a minority partner) for *%, year over year, by leveraging our extensive traffic, design, brand recognition, targeting options, custom capabilities and creative campaign conceptualization. I built, trained and managed an ad sales team from the ground up. The result was a significant increase in online advertising sales and off-line sponsorships.
