About me

Previously worked as senior Mac analyst, which included projects and support of various applications and systems (ranging from system OS 9.2 to OS X 10.4) for 650 Mac users in the publishing industry (Penguin, Dorling Kindersley).

I started working for Apple as first line support, moved into a position as a system analyst at Dorling Kindersley and got promoted to a senior system analyst a year later. Worked nightshifts at The Guardian newspaper as an Editorial Specialist for a year so I am familiar with stressful and demanding work. My recent work as a senior system analyst at Penguin predominately concerned project work but also included creation of system builds, server setups, rollout of software and implementation of upgrades (software and hardware).
