About me

With 5 years in the Royal Marines, 5 years as a reservist officer, and 5 years of web project and product management, topped off with a spread of extra-curricular projects; I hold a wealth of change management knowledge and skills from one of the broadest sets of web experience imaginable. That experience brings the confidence that anything is possible, but the wisdom that not everything is necessary; what matters is that the finished product meets the requirements of the client in every respect. This is combined with a honed ability to manage teams of highly trained and capable specialists and most importantly, interpret the output of each to a common language understood by the whole team and the client alike. The sum total is a consultant/manager who will seek to understand the client requirements rapidly and thoroughly, before delivering them exactly and efficiently.
