About me

Thomas joined Accenture in 2016 on the Graduate programme and has specialised in the Finance, Cyber-Risk and Resilience space. Throughout numerous projects, he has directed the delivery of strategic initiatives for numerous multi-national banks (corporate & private) including redesigning Operations, Anti Money Laundering Operating models and addressing the various and ever-changing challenges faced across clients Financial Crime programmes.

Thomas has complimented the Cyber Risk & Resilience ecosystem with his deep knowledge & passion to leverage new technologies / Fintech solutions and techniques to improve key focus areas and drive operational efficiencies. His current project as of 01/2020 is to drive a global continuous improvement team at a top-tier investment bank where he is scoping and leading a team to deliver a number of tools which leverage AI models, Neural Networks & Machine learning to improve workforce management, reduce volume reduction and improve overall detection of financial crime patterns.

Previous to Accenture UKI, Thomas worked as a Growth and Corporate development Analyst to support the CEO, CTO & CFO of Google's 25th hottest startup 'Divido Ltd" where he was given the responsibility of identifying issues and growth areas to present to key business stakeholders. Furthermore he also worked at Bloomberg L.P, where he analysed the need and importance of Biometric fingerprint technology which was presented globally to Singapore, Tokyo and New York and subsequently deployed worldwide.

Education: Thomas holds an Upper second-class Honours (2:1 BA HONS) in International Relations and Italian Literature from Nottingham Trent University (NTU), and certified in Business Analysis from the Chartered Institute of IT (BCS AMBCS) and a Scaled Agile Framework practitioner (SAFe). Thomas also holds an International Diploma in the History of Art from the University of Perugia.
