I have worked with some of the UK's biggest names to launch over 100 brands into the UK and International markets.

I like to work hard, and I love to lead by example to inspire and motivate my team. It is important for me to approach each and every project with the same enthusiasm and determination to succeed.

I currently head up an in-house team of around 15 creatives, and one of the things that gives me great satisfaction is seeing my team grow and develop. We have worked on jobs for some of the major players in UK retail, forming fantastic working relationships with our clients.

My technical background in brand design and TV production means that I'm able to visualize projects easily and also relate to the work my team are producing. This means I'm able to form strong links with my team as well as gain the utmost in trust from our clients.
